ABOUT

We build intelligent systems
that make local businesses money.

That is the whole mission. Not brand awareness, not impressions, not a redesign that wins a plaque. Money, from jobs that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered the phone first.

WHY AWAVA EXISTS

It started with a missed-call log.

A roofing client asked us to redesign his website. Before touching it we asked for his phone records — not because it was standard practice, but because the site was getting traffic and he was not getting work.

Two hundred and eleven inbound calls the previous month. Ninety-four never answered. At his average job value, that log was worth more than his annual revenue, sitting in a spreadsheet nobody had ever opened.

He did not need a prettier website. He needed the phone answered, the lead followed up, and the review asked for — automatically, because he was on a roof and always would be. We built that, then rebuilt the website around it. Revenue moved in the first month.

That is the whole idea behind Awava. The website is the front door and it should be excellent. But a beautiful front door on a building where nobody answers the phone is decoration. We build both, we build them together, and we charge one price for the pair.

VALUES

Four rules we actually run on.

Sell the outcome, not the software.

Nobody wants a dashboard. They want the phone answered and the estimate on the calendar. We are judged on booked jobs, and we report on booked jobs.

Ship in days, not quarters.

Seven to ten days from kickoff to live, with text-back switched on inside 48 hours. A system that is still being scoped in month three has already cost more than it saved.

Say the honest thing on the call.

If your site is fine and your follow-up is the problem, we say that — even though rebuilding pays us the same. If we are not the right fit, we say that too, in the first twenty minutes.

One number. No surprises.

$297 a month, everything included, cancel any time. No setup fee, no per-feature upsell, no annual contract holding you in place after the results stop.

PROCESS

What the first thirty days look like.

No discovery phase that lasts a quarter. No forty-page strategy document. Four moves.

Day 0 — The demo
Twenty minutes. Your market, your current site, your call volume, your average job value. We tell you what the system should return and whether it is worth doing. Roughly one in four calls ends with us saying not yet.
Days 1–2 — Kickoff and text-back
One hour with you for services, pricing ranges, service area and photos. Missed-call text-back goes live on your existing number the same week, before anything else is finished.
Days 3–10 — Build
We design and write the site, build the SEO structure, wire the follow-up sequences, set up the review funnel, and import your customer list. You get one round of revisions.
Day 10 onward — Run it
We launch, monitor, and adjust. You get a monthly report in plain English: leads, booked jobs, reviews, revenue by source, and what we are changing next month.
TEAM

One founder. Five systems.
That’s where the name comes from.

Awava is not a made-up word. It is five AI systems — one per letter — that do the building, the answering, the follow-up and the reporting, with Jon in front of them. They are software, not staff. Naming them is how we keep the operation legible instead of mysterious.

Five systems, one founder. That is why this costs $297 a month instead of $4,000 up front and a retainer.

The only human here. He takes every call, decides what gets built, reviews what ships, and carries the result. When something goes wrong you are talking to him, not to a queue or a ticket number.

AriaAI systemDesign & BuildTurns a kickoff call into a 10–20 page site: layout, copy, and the SEO structure underneath it. Jon reviews every page before it goes live.
WesAI systemAutomation & EngineeringWires missed-call text-back, the follow-up sequences, review requests and campaign logic to your existing phone number and calendar.
AliceAI systemVoice & ConversationAnswers the calls and the texts. Reads intent and urgency, books the right outcome, and tells any caller who asks that she is an AI.
VeraAI systemSearch & CampaignsOwns the keyword map, the on-page structure and your Google Business Profile, and sends the seasonal campaigns to your customer list.
AtlasAI systemAccounts & ReportingTracks leads, booked jobs, reviews and revenue by source, and writes the monthly report in plain English.

Every one of the five is software, and we say so plainly — here, and on the phone. Alice, the voice agent that answers for our clients, never claims to be a person and confirms she is an AI to any caller who asks. A team page that quietly implied a payroll would contradict the product we sell.

WHERE WE ARE GOING

Contractors first. Now everyone who lives on the phone.

We hardened this on contractors — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control — because that is where a missed call costs the most and forgiveness is shortest. It runs today for dental practices, law firms, med spas and clinics too. The trade changes; the problem does not. Anywhere the revenue starts with someone deciding whether to call you or the next name on the list, the same system applies.
